GILLIES.AI

Terms of service

Short, because Gillies.AI is in early access. Last updated 13 October 2026.

The service

Gillies.AI ("Gillies", "we") is an AI assistant that keeps your notes and documents and can act in the apps you connect. It is provided by invitation during early access, as it is, and it changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend or end early access, with reasonable notice where we can.

Your account

Acceptable use

Don't use Gillies to break the law, to send spam, to harass anyone, to get at other people's accounts or data, to interfere with the service or other people's use of it, or to work around its safety controls. Don't put in it material you don't have the right to use.

AI makes mistakes

Answers can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, even when they sound sure. Gillies is not a lawyer, accountant, doctor or financial adviser. Check anything important before you rely on it or send it to someone. The AI providers you choose process what you send them under their own terms (see the privacy policy).

Your content

What you put in Gillies stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, show it back to you, send it to the providers and apps you chose, and keep the service running. You can export everything and delete your account at any time.

Fees

Early access is free unless we've agreed otherwise with you in writing. Online AI models cost money; plans with usage limits, and the option to use your own API keys, are shown in the app. Paid plans, when they arrive, will have their own terms and prices before you choose one.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Gillies is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for loss or damage arising from its use, including from an action you approved or an answer you relied on. Where the law gives you rights we can't exclude (including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies), those rights stand.

Ending

You can stop using Gillies at any time and delete your account from the Privacy page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions: hello@gilliesai.com.

We'll update these terms as Gillies grows out of early access, and say so here and in the app.
